I love the store but it feels like a large superstore but without the superstore prices (which is generally 8% or more in cost versus online).No one at Sam's Club, either the corporate office or the local store, will take the time to resolve customer service issues. As a convenience store owner are used to spend around $100,000 a year here. Now I spend about 7000. They quit selling tobacco as well as candy bars and many other convenience store items. So that forced me to set up an account with Hackney to provide all my convenience store needs. Bye-bye Sam's Club!.
